Back in early 2009 when builders and agencies were still surveying the then-new housing crisis, we at Graphic Language were asking ourselves, “What do builders need to sell homes, and how can we provide it cost-effectively?” To provide a real solution to a real need, we created
New Home Feed and introduced it at the 2010 International Builder Show. Our goal was to give builders a way to get their home listings to listing websites like
Zillow,
Trulia, and
Homes.com, to simultaneously syndicate to popular paid directories like
New Home Source and
New Homes Directory, to simplify
Craigslist postings, to facilitate communication with social media tools, and to give action-oriented reporting on clicks and leads so marketers could make smart decisions.
